Task 4: Kristelle Zibara 2/06/11
A time that i got poor customer service was when my family and I ordered dinner from a pizza place, and when i ordered it on the phone the employee was very rude, spoke very fast and was not clear. He also put the phone down many times to serve other customers without telling me that he had put the phone down. After i told him my name and spelt it for him, i put the phone down and went to get the pizza. After going to pick it up, they had the wrong name on my pizza order and were very rude when they served me at the counter!

A time when i got exceptional customer service was when i went to my local supermarket. When i was looking for an item i asked somebody what isle it was in and instead he took me to the item and gave it to me and was very friendly. When i went to the counter, the worker was very friendly, asked me about my day and genuinely listened and had a laugh!
